Job summary

Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Merchandising Team in Regina, SK. You'll engage in exciting projects for top brands, ensuring the best presentation of products while enjoying flexible weekday hours. Requirements include merchandising experience and knowledge of planograms, but training will be provided. This position operates on an independent contractor basis, offering autonomy and competitive hourly rates.

Join Match Retail and support major retailers in providing essential merchandising services across Canada while working with brands like L’Oréal and Walmart.

• Experience is an asset but not required; training provided.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Location: Regina, SK
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Salary: $17 to $19 per hour

Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented. We work with long-term clients, including L’Oréal, Maybelline, Groupe Marcelle, Shoppers Drug Mart, Lowe’s, RONA, Walmart, and many others.

What You’ll Do

• Set up or update store fixtures according to planograms
• Complete cosmetic resets and installations
• Communicate directly with store or cosmetic managers
• Track and document work using user‑friendly digital tools
• Submit daily updates through our online platform at your own pace
• Work in new store locations regularly, adding variety to your day

Requirements

• Merchandising experience and strong knowledge of planograms/MODs
• Experience is an asset but not required; training provided
• Excellent attention to detail
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital tools and platforms
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team

Equipment & Availability

• Access to a reliable vehicle and/or transportation
• Smartphone and internet access
• Availability for 3–5 weekdays per week with flexibility to manage schedule
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Project-specific dates; training start date: June 15 2026
