Job summary

Match Retail is hiring in Victoria, BC, for an Independent Contractor Merchandiser. You will set up store fixtures, perform cosmetic resets, and communicate with store managers while logging progress on digital tools. The role involves visiting multiple locations and maintaining planograms.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (CAD 19–21), mileage reimbursement, and flexible weekday hours (Mon-Fri). This IC role provides autonomy and varied projects with top Canadian brands.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience and strong knowledge of Planograms/MODs
• Experience is an asset but training is provided
• Excellent attention to detail
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools and platforms
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Availability for 3 - 5 weekdays per week with flexibility to manage your own schedule
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Availability for project-specific dates
• Additional requirements may be outlined by the Field Manager who coordinates based on client demands.
