Job summary

Englobe is seeking a field-focused professional to join our dynamic team in Canada. You will participate in field inspections, perform diagnostics, and own assigned tasks with leadership, while adhering to health and safety standards.

You will collect data, collaborate with experts, and contribute practical analyses to project success. The role requires an engineering-related degree, 5 years of experience, field-based corrosion inspection willingness, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• AEC, DEC, or bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering or another relevant discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to perform physical work on construction or industrial sites, including lifting up to 25 kg while following health and safety procedures.
• Willingness to participate in field-based corrosion inspection programs across Canada on a rotational fly-in/fly-out schedule.
• AMPP (NACE) certification in Cathodic Protection and/or Coatings is an asset.
• Valid driver's licence.
• WorkSafeBC training or equivalent assets.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

• WorkSafeBC training, or equivalent provincial safety credentials are considered assets.
• Bilingualism, both spoken and written (French and English), an asset.

The salary range for this position is $66,182 to $86,864 CAD base per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks. The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications, their positioning within our internal compensation structure, and relevant geographic cost-of-living considerations, where applicable. This range represents a realistic and good‑faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.

Compensation may also include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, or bonus eligibility depending on role level and business unit. We aim to foster transparency, respect candidate time and ensure equitable compensation aligned with our company values.
