Kriska Holdings Limited (Kriska) is seeking an AZ Local Driver to join our Mississauga operation. This full-time role features night shifts, a 13-speed manual day cab, and a mix of mileage and hourly pay with a corridor/local focus.

Typical lanes include Mississauga, Prescott, Belleville, Oshawa and London; home daily. We offer paid orientation, benefits from Day 1, and direct deposit with reliable, open-board, safe runs.

Qualifications

• AZ licensed driver with at least 1 year of verified experience.
• Must be able to operate a 13-speed manual day cab.
• Experience handling hazardous goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 13-speed manual truck on night runs.
• Haul meat, dairy, tobacco and alcohol per customer base.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and hours of service.

Opportunity Details:

• 1+ years of relent and verifiable AZ experience is required
• 2 openings: MON-FRI & SUN-THUR
• NIGHTshift: 6 pm starts, with 12-13 hour shifts
• Must have demonstrated experience safely running nights
• *Candidate must be able to operate a 13-speed manual transmission day cab*
• Corridor & Local position, enjoy time at home every day
• Slip seat tractor. Smoking isnot permitted in truck.
• Park location is Kriska's Mississauga terminal
• 90% ofloads are switches. Customer PU and DELs required as well.
• Lanes: Mostly corridor, between Mississauga/Prescott/Belleville/Oshawa and Mississauga to London/Windsor area. As needed, will work locally in GTA.
• This position is a combination of hourly, activity and mileage rated work (mainly mileage)
• Mileage payrange is .465 to .495 cents per mile (based on verified AZ experience). This includes the Mississauga terminal premium.
• Must be willing to haul meat, dairy, tobacco and alcohol due to customer base and their commodities.
