Titanium Transportation Group Inc. is seeking AZ Company Drivers for local, home-daily routes based at Windsor Terminal.

You will safely operate company equipment on local day routes, complete pickups and deliveries within the service area, and maintain professional customer service. Ideal candidates have a valid AZ licence and at least 3 years of AZ driving experience, a clean CVOR and background check, and strong communication to coordinate with dispatch.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ Driver’s Licence.
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable AZ driving experience.
• Clean CVOR, Driver’s Abstract, and Criminal Background Check.
• Strong city-driving and backing skills.
• Ability to handle freight or perform load securement if required.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company‑owned equipment on local and regional day routes.
• Complete daily pickup and delivery assignments on time and with care.
• Perform thorough pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections of equipment.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, paperwork, and required documentation.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or updates.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers at every stop.
• Follow all company policies, MTO regulations, and safety protocols.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of assigned tractor/trailer.
