Job summary

Canadian Natural invites student interns to join a dynamic Corporate Travel team in Calgary, offering meaningful, diverse assignments and exposure to industry-leading professionals. You will support travel bookings, reporting, and initiative projects during a 12-month term.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled or within a year of graduation from a Travel and Tourism program, proficient in Sabre, with strong communication and attention to detail, and comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.

• Proficient with the Sabre booking system.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Booking car and hotel reservations for our Canadian Natural employee business travelers.
• Assist with booking our fly in/out travelers to and from their appropriate work site.
• Assist the Corporate Travel team with various reports and projects that will benefit the company.

You will contribute to the success of Canadian Natural’s operations by assisting with various project initiative such as inventory audits, reception and mailroom coverage.

• Job location: Calgary, AB – Head Office
• Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday) for full-time schedule
• Term length: 12 months
• Term start: January 2027
• Term type: Part-time & Full-time
  • January – April: Part-time
  • May – August: Full-time
  • September – December: Part-time (Part-time being a maximum of 20 hours per week.)

Key Accountabilities:
