PBS Systems is seeking a Corporate Travel Administrator for our Calgary office. The role requires booking travel for install-related travel and on-site training, with minimal supervision. This on-site position is not remote or hybrid.
The successful candidate will manage itineraries, advise on travel documents, handle per diem requests, and provide after-hours travel support. A high school diploma is required with 1–2 years of travel booking experience, and confidentiality is essential.

PBS Systems is looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our Administration team as a Corporate Travel Administrator. As a Corporate Travel Administrator, you will book travel for install related travel, on-site training, and any miscellaneous travel as needed. The ideal candidate will report to the Team Lead, Corporate Travel with minimal direct supervision. Therefore, they need to have superb time management and organization skills.
This position is based in our Calgary Office and is NOT a remote or Hybrid opportunity.
