Job summary

Battlefield Equipment Rentals is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver instructor-led training sessions both virtually and in-person across Canada during an extensive implementation. This full-time contract (6 months) role requires extensive travel to branch locations and the ability to develop training materials and assess user readiness.

You will coach staff through system changes, support UAT, and maintain training records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Adult Education or related field is asset.
• Experience delivering employee training and instructional design.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting organizational change or system implementations.
• Willingness to travel across Canada during implementation.

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (6 Months)
Travel Required: Yes, extensive travel across branch locations may be required during implementation.

Wage: $25.00-30.00 per hour

Key Qualifications:

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Adult Education, Adult Learning, Training & Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Experience delivering employee training, adult learning, facilitation, or instructional design.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting organizational change, business process improvements, or system implementations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 applications.
• Bilingual considered an asset.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Canada during implementation phases.
• Experience with ERP, rental management, or operational systems is considered a strong asset.
