Job summary

Battlefield Equipment Rentals is seeking a Training & Implementation Specialist to deliver instructor-led sessions both virtually and in-person, and to train staff on the SRM system. You will develop materials, support UAT, and guide change management during a complex rollout.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Canada, travel extensively during implementation, and help ensure successful deployment and adoption of the system.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering employee training or instructional design.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting organizational change or system implementations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Willingness to travel across Canada during implementation.
  • Experience with ERP or operational systems is a strong asset.
  • Bilingual considered an asset.

Location: Stoney Creek, ON
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (6 Months)
Travel Required: Yes, extensive travel across branch locations may be required during implementation.

Wage: $25.00-30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

Degree, diploma, or certificate in Adult Education, Adult Learning, Training & Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.

  • Experience delivering employee training, adult learning, facilitation, or instructional design.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, business process improvements, or system implementations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Canada during implementation phases.
  • Experience with ERP, rental management, or operational systems is considered a strong asset.
  • Bilingual considered an asset.
