Job summary

Bulk Barn in Victoria, BC is seeking a Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily operations. The role focuses on staff guidance, customer service excellence, and ensuring Bulk Barn standards are met across all tasks.

You will coach associates, delegate duties, handle cash transactions with the POS, and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store. Flexibility for early mornings, days, and evenings is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks.
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal.
• Clean store.
• Restock store shelves.
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.).
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times.
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Temporary, Part-time.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
