Job summary

Bulk Barn in Lindsay, Ontario is seeking a part-time Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily operations.

You will lead staff, coach and delegate tasks, assist customers, and handle cash at POS while restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, safe store. Flexibility is required for a schedule including mornings, days, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal.
• Restock store shelves and unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.).
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times and maintain a healthy, safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• In absence of Store Manager, manage staff and ensure that Bulk Barn standards are upheld
• Coach and motivate staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilities
• Delegate tasks amongst employees
• Follow-up with employees to ensure the tasks are being executed correctly and in a timely manner
• Lead and assist workers in performing their day-to-day tasks
• Assist customers in a manner that exceeds customer expectations
• Process cash transactions using POS system and Interact terminal
• Clean store
• Restock store shelves
• Unload deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.)
• Ensure the store is kept clean at all times
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time.

Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week.
