Job description

Our areas of expertise are Site Acquisition, Architecture, Engineering & Design, Project & Construction Management, Installation & Maintenance, Product Sales & Distribution.

Purpose and Scope :

The Senior Accountant is responsible for performing monetary, accounting, clerical (accounts receivable and accounts payable), and administrative duties.

Responsibilities :

  • Provides support to the company's accounting unit.
  • Makes Journal Entries.
  • Analyzes and reconciles accounts.
  • Prepares financials - Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow reports.
  • Maintain fixed assets and leased assets records.
  • Performs banking functions.
  • Monitors all accounts.
  • Assists supervisor (and / or CPA).
  • Assists with audits.
  • All other duties as required.

Education / Training :

  • Experience working with mutiple divsions within company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and spreadsheets.
  • Experience with SAGE 500 or Dynamics 365.
  • Construction industry experience is preferred.

Compensation : $38.00 - $41.00 depending on experience
