Managerial Accountant Vacancy in Toronto, Canada

Description:

We are seeking a Managerial Accountant to join our team in Toronto, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be able to manage various financial tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls.
  3. Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies.
  4. Prepare financial statements and reports.
  5. Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures.
  6. Examine accounting records.
  7. Reconcile accounts.
  8. Administer estate, personal, charitable, corporate, and other types of trusts; direct trust account investments; receive and record investment income; and disburse trust funds.

Experience and Specialization:

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

  1. Accounting software (Simply Accounting, Quick Books, Sage Accounting Software).
  2. MS Excel.
  3. MS Windows.

Basic security clearance and criminal record check required.
