Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, advising on markets and strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: intake, openings, interviews, background checks, offers.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Conduct high-volume hiring activities, screen, interview, and coordinate with managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand current and future needs.

This position involves managing full cycle recruitment processes, supporting retail hiring initiatives, and collaborating with a dynamic team to attract top talent. Pay rate range (CAD): $46.46/hr- $55.75/hr

Responsibilities

• Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, providing expertise on external markets and talent acquisition strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including intake meetings, requisition openings, interview coordination, background checks, and offer management
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
• Conduct high-volume hiring activities, including screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners, to understand current and future hiring needs
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing strategies
• Represent the organization at recruitment events and through branding activities to attract top candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience consistent with company standards
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in talent acquisition
• Lead special recruitment initiatives and support process improvements as needed
