Job summary

IntouchCX in Calgary is seeking a Campus Manager to be the ultimate advocate of our culture. You will support the Campus Director, drive team happiness, and keep the campus functioning optimally.

This role oversees facilities and experiences teams, partners with global leaders on priority projects, tracks KPIs, and responds to emergencies with effective, collaborative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of Supervisory and Project Management experience.
  • Proficient experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong relationship-building.
  • Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients and customers.
  • Ability to implement change and innovation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Promote IntouchCX’s culture and evaluate how local teams are exemplifying our corporate values (Our 10 Things).
  • Keep a pulse on operational and cultural KPIs, communicating with local leaders through weekly meetings.
  • Partner with the Campus Director to identify priority projects and track progress.
  • Alert leaders to changes and opportunities within KPIs and develop collaborative solutions.
  • Manage the local Facilities and Employee Experience teams with global support.
  • Support Operations and internal partners by delivering solutions to their priorities.
  • Respond to campus emergencies and urgent issues as they arise.
  • Direct, coordinate and plan essential needs such as reception, security, maintenance, mail/deliveries, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
  • Project manage contractors and campus buildouts, including space/resource planning.
  • Prepare RFPs and compare equipment/services requests.
  • Escalate campus issues to leaders and collaborate on solutions.
  • Support rollout of new programs and processes.
  • Ensure campus visits meet our standards for brand, aesthetics, and security.

As Campus Manager, You Will…


  • Promote IntouchCX’s culture and evaluate how local teams are exemplifying our corporate values (Our 10 Things)

  • Partner with the Campus Director to identify priority projects for the campus and track action item progress

  • Alert leaders of changes and opportunities within principal KPIs and create collaborative solutions

  • Manage the local Facilities and Employee Experience teams in collaboration with global department leaders

  • Support Operations leaders and internal partners by providing solutions to their priorities and services

  • Respond to campus emergencies and urgent issues as they arise

  • Direct, coordinate and plan essential needs such as reception, security, maintenance, mail/deliveries, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling

  • Project manage contractors and campus buildouts, including plan utilization of space and resources

  • Prepare requests for proposal and compare equipment and services requests

  • Escalate campus issues to respective leaders and collaborate on solutions

  • Support roll-out of new programs and processes

  • Obsess about client-partner visits by ensuring they run smoothly and meet our high standards

  • Ensure the campus meets our standards in regards to brand standards, aesthetics and security


As Campus Manager, You Have…


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)

  • Minimum 3+ years of Supervisor and Project Management experience

  • Proficient experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written) with an approach that fosters strong and lasting relationships

  • An eye for detail with creative problem-solving and project management skills

  • The ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients and customers

  • The ability to implement change and innovation

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • The ability to work with basic mathematical concepts
