Bevertec in Montreal is seeking a Project Manager for Real Estate Delivery, Construction, and office modernization. You will lead strategic workplace transformation programs and manage multiple concurrent projects with budgets from $1M to $5M to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in real estate/construction, strong coordination and stakeholder management, and French bilingual ability.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management experience in financial services, real estate, construction, facilities, or related field.
• Strong project coordination and delivery skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to identify, mitigate, and resolve issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project teams and stakeholders throughout the real estate delivery project lifecycle.
• Define project priorities, objectives, scope and deliverables with sponsors and vendors.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve design/construction issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure PM tracking and communication standards to maintain transparency of progress.
• Active stakeholder management to align expectations and build relationships.
• Support delivery by participating in weekly vendor and internal coordination meetings and tracking deliverables.
