Job summary

Keyera seeks a Corporate Manager, Health & Safety, to lead a team of Corporate H&S Advisors supporting operations and capital projects. The role can be based in multiple Alberta hubs with regular travel to Calgary as required.

You will translate safety strategy into practical tools and proactive risk reduction across facilities and projects. Responsibilities include incident investigations support, trend analysis, and developing safe work practices while aligning with Process Safety and

Qualifications

• CRSP designation or clear path to obtain a recognized safety designation.
• 10+ years of progressive occupational health and safety experience.
• Knowledge of Canadian OHS regulations and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Corporate H&S Advisors across operations and projects.
• Embed a proactive safety culture with leadership and frontline teams.
• Oversee H&S reporting, investigations, and lessons learned.
• Roll out tools, standards, and safe work practices.
• Coordinate safety initiatives and risk-reduction programs.
