  • Assist on public company matters, including SEC compliance and corporate governance.
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with all members of the company and third parties.
  • Adhere to and support standards and goals of the legal department.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of relevant attorney experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align legal advice with strategic operational objectives.
  • Proven ability to identify issues, think critically, and solve problems independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and document drafting.
  • Ability to distill complex legal or business concepts into clear, well-structured presentations and written summaries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and a client-service orientation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and evolving needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with contract management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, etc.).
