In this role, you will plan, execute, and integrate a range of communications activities including content development, publishing, measurement, and other operations in coordination with other teams and stakeholders both internal and external. You will also plan and execute Public and Government Affairs activities to advocate for Mondelēz International’s interests and coordinate related communications with the public and government officials.

How You Will Contribute

You will design and deliver media relations, government affairs, internal communications, and community engagement campaigns across markets. This role requires global thinking and collaboration with colleagues worldwide to share best practices. You will promote innovations and investments, engage employees in our transformation, and partner with government officials to improve our operating model. Additionally, you will manage communication channels, nurture media relationships, drive news coverage, support leadership and internal activities, and ensure budget adherence.

More About This Role

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract starting early August 2025.

Internal Communications

Responsible for daily internal communications and employee engagement, content creation, overseeing digital channels, and developing communication strategies. Responsibilities include managing leadership communications, supporting community initiatives, and implementing recognition programs.

External Communications

Develop and maintain third-party relationships, support press activities, manage media inquiries, and assist with public relations, social media, and events. Track media coverage and manage monitoring services.
