Job summary

A Calgary-based law firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its corporate, commercial, and real estate practice. You will manage and grow an existing client portfolio and provide strategic advice to private businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and developers.

The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of solicitor-side experience, a portable book of business preferred, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of solicitor-side experience.
• Strong background in corporate, commercial, and/or real estate law.
• Portable book of business preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Strong business development skills and community presence.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
