Job Description:As a member of the Purchasing and Materials Management team, the Corporate Buyer is responsible for managing the full end-to-end procurement process, from developing and drafting solicitations to leading evaluations and awarding contracts. This includes a range of formal procurement methods such as Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Tenders, and Non-Competitive Procurements. Working within a centralized, transparent, and fair procurement environment, the Corporate Buyer will use SAP Ariba to conduct electronic bidding and support the acquisition of goods and services for City divisions and designated Agencies, Boards, and Commissions.
