Job summary

Haywood Securities is seeking a Corporate Actions Administrator to join our Vancouver office. The role requires handling warrants, escrowed shares, and corporate actions with a strong emphasis on accuracy and client service.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in finance, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with Dataphile Broadridge, CDS and DTC systems. This permanent full‑time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dataphile Broadridge, CDS and DTC applications is a definite asset.
• 3–5 years of experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Exercise, expire, accelerate and extend warrants and options.
• Monitor, record and value escrowed shares.
• Convert private to free trading shares.
• Process name changes and breakdowns of units and splits.
• Process mandatory, voluntary offers and conversions as required.
• Generate maturity reports and monitor CDS/DTC bulletins to ensure Investment Advisors receive accurate, timely information.
• Administer voting proxies and claim solicitation fees.
• Proxy mailing.
• Other general administrative duties as required.
