Aviso Wealth Inc. in Vancouver is seeking a Corporate Actions Administrator to join our Operations team. You will process and report reorganizations, offers, name changes and other corporate actions for securities held by Aviso, maintaining high accuracy and client service standards.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of related experience, post-secondary education, and a CSC credential is a plus. Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education completed or in progress.
• CSC is an asset and may enhance candidacy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute Canadian and US corporate action bulletins.
• Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions with accuracy and within service standards.
• Set up client accounts for DRIPs per requests and ensure correct tax treatment.
