Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Corporate Actions Analyst to join one of Canada's top banking institutions. You will process claims for open and failed trades and dividend payments, leveraging Broadridge and advanced Excel skills. The role is on-site during peak season with increasing volumes.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a financial setting, strong Excel capabilities, and a completed finance-related degree or diploma. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaboration across teams.

This individual will be responsible for processing claims for open and failed trades and dividend payments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Broadridge platform and be highly proficient with Excel functions. This contract will require the ideal candidate to be a quick learner as we are heading into the peak season, where volumes/ requests will be high.
