Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Service Representative to support one of Canada's largest banks on an on-site 6-month contract in Montreal. The role handles day-to-day deposit and payment operations, ensuring accurate processing and regulatory compliance.

You will work with cross-functional teams, meet SLAs, analyze data, and help improve workflows while providing quality control and training support. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of banking or financial operations experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of payments, deposits, and operational risk.
• Bilingual in French & English (required).
