• Experience managing, coaching, and developing teams.

We are currently seeking aCorporate Accounting Managerto join our Finance team. Reporting to theSenior Manager, Global Financeand working within the Finance team in Guelph, Ontario, this role willbe responsible forthemanagement and direction of theday-to-day functions of theaccounting department.

What you will do :

• Leadthe Accounts Payable function
• Coordinate all month-end and year-end activities
• Establish andmaintainfiscal files and transaction records
• Identifyand implement systemand procedural efficiencies
• Ensure trial balance accounts areaccurateand reconciled
• General accounting and AP tasks asrequiredto meet deadlines
• Team leadership and coaching

What you need to succeed :

• 5years’ experiencein Senior accounting roles with leadership responsibilities
• Experiencemanaging,coachingand developing teams
• Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office and accounting Software
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Communication in French is an asset but notrequired.
