Talent Management within People and Culture is currently seeking a Full-time Regular Coordinator, Talent Management.
Talent Management is responsible for designing and implementing talent attraction programs and strategies, and development and implementation of recruitment/selection training and resources to support hiring managers. This area also develops programming designed to retain and develop our faculty and staff. This includes internal learning/leadership development programs, performance management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, facilitation, team effectiveness and change management service.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Talent Management, the Coordinator supports Talent Management programs, projects and initiatives. This position requires an individual who will take initiative to develop creative and proactive solutions related to administrative and program coordination tasks.
The incumbent will manage multiple priorities and demands in a day-to-day environment that is constantly changing. Considerable discretion is necessary as the position is privy to, and works with sensitive, highly confidential information. A high level of expertise and knowledge of business operations such as project management, events management, interpersonal communications, design and marketing skills, knowledge of accessibility, equity, diversity, inclusion, and the ability to quickly gain a strong understanding of the University's mission, values and operating procedures is required in this role. Strong organizational skills are essential to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at various times. Incumbents are fully responsible for completing their own work and ensuring that tasks are completed within applicable deadlines.
