Job summary

First National Financial LP is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Toronto to assist the residential sales team. The role is full-time, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with a base salary of $45,000-$60,000 plus bonus and benefits.

You will register brokers, maintain broker data, support the national sales team, liaise with QA, assist Merlin Online setup, and help with AML compliance where applicable. This is a great location and career opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Register new and returning brokers to First National.
• Assist in maintaining the integrity of our broker database.
• Work with the national sales team to ensure broker administrative needs are met.
• Liaise with the Quality Assurance team to ensure reports are reviewed and feedback provided.
• Assist brokers with Merlin Online setup.
• Support other Residential departments when needed.
• Adheres to policies to ensure AML requirements are met, when applicable.

The Opportunity

The coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team and other Residential areas.

How you will contribute

• Register new and returning brokers to First National
• Assist in maintaining the integrity of our broker database
