Aecon is seeking a site-based Project Coordinator / Quality professional to support civil construction work in Delta, British Columbia. This combined role manages project coordination and administration while overseeing field quality activities under the Quality Management System.

Formación

• 3+ years of coordination or quality experience on civil, utility, or heavy construction projects.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and related documentation.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare field, progress, and production reports; track schedules, quantities, and project changes.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, site instructions, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedules.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, hold points, witness points, and client inspections.
• Verify field work against approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and client requirements.
• Maintain inspection and test records, quality documentation, field document revisions, and turnover packages.
• Track non-conformances and corrective actions through to closure.
• Coordinate third-party testing and report on quality performance.

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with document control and project reporting platforms.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence and ability to work full-time at active construction sites in British Columbia.

Compensation and benefits

Expected salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year. The posting also describes long-term project work, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
