Fraser Health Authority in British Columbia is seeking a Coordinator to support the Aboriginal Health Manager East by designing, developing, and coordinating programs for older adults, with both virtual and in-person delivery.
The role collaborates with Fraser Health departments, FNHA and community partners to ensure services reflect community needs, cultural content, and quality improvement. It also involves budgeting, staff hiring, scheduling, reporting and program evaluation.
The salary range for this position is CAD $32.43 - $46.62 / hour

Reporting to the Aboriginal Health Manager East, the Coordinator develops, plans, facilitates and coordinates the program to meet identified needs of the community it serves. The Coordinator collaborates with other programs across Fraser Health as well as community partners to ensure the development and implementation of the program is aligned with community needs.
Bachelor's degree in Health or Social Sciences, Business or related field. Three (3) to five (5) years related experience working with Elders and Indigenous community health. Knowledge of Indigenous cultures, experience facilitating groups and program development. Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
