Fraser Health is seeking a Coordinator to develop, plan, facilitate and coordinate an Aboriginal health program for Elders, incorporating community needs and cultural content.
Reporting to the Aboriginal Health Manager East, you will collaborate with Fraser Health departments and community partners to implement objectives, manage resources, and guide program staffing and reporting. This role emphasizes leadership, budgeting awareness, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Reporting to the Aboriginal Health Manager East, the Coordinator develops, plans, facilitates and coordinates the program to meet identified needs of the community it serves. The Coordinator collaborates with other programs across Fraser Health as well as community partners to ensure the development and implementation of the program is aligned with community needs.
Demonstrates the leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring and Courageous and creates the conditions for people to succeed.
