We are seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator (Human Resources) to join our team. As a leading distributor of cutting-edge HVAC products, we are experiencing tremendous growth and need an experienced Coordinator (Human Resources) to liaison between the external HR agency, management and employees so as to keep running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. HR Duties
    Preparing Job Offer letters for new staff.
    Onboarding new staff and providing training if necessary.
    Scheduling staff training.
    Conduct employee performance reviews.
    Evaluate workforce requirements and communicate staffing needs to external HR Agency.
    Assist external HR agency by preparing job descriptions and advertisements as per workforce needs.
    Provide management with employee morale feedback and advocate on behalf of workforce needs.
    Maintain human resources information and record systems.
    Create and maintain company fire safety plan.
    Prepare annual staffing budget by optimizing workforce requirements based on anticipated projects.
    Advise employees on the interpretation or changes of human resources policies, compensation, benefits program and other items of their contracts.
    Evaluate benefits package and provide feedback to management and external HR Agency of the same.
    Hear and address employee grievances.
  2. Administrative Duties
    Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations via emails.
    Coordinate office administrative procedures with staff.
  3. Finance and Bookkeeping Duties
    Supporting bookkeeping by creating, editing, and proofreading invoices and other company documents as requested.
    Assist bookkeeping with payroll by providing documents and information as requested.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

A university degree or college diploma in human resources management or a related field, such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology or completion of a professional development program in human resources administration is required.
Proven experience as an Administrative setting of at least 1 year.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with business clients.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $35.00/Hour – Employer may review and re-calculate wage for incremental pay raise at the beginning of each calendar year.
Hours: 30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:30am – 4:00pm | 30 min unpaid break)
