Northern Health is seeking a Coordinator, Food Services to join its Support Services team in Canada. The role supervises and coordinates day-to-day food service operations at designated sites, providing leadership for quality food services and enforcing policies and procedures.

The incumbent manages human resources, participates in cost control measures, maintains records, and completes special project work. In the absence of the Manager, the Coordinator assumes responsibility for the department.

The Coordinator, Food Services is a member of the Northern Health Support Services team and is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of food service operations at designated sites and where applicable. The Coordinator provides leadership for quality food services. The incumbent enforces policies and procedures, manages human resources, participates in cost control measures and maintains relevant records. The Coordinator also completes special project work as assigned. The incumbent assumes responsibility for the departments in the areas of responsibility in the absence of the Manager.

The salary range for this position is $69,218 (min) to $86,522 (midpoint) to $99,501 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE. Northern Health typically establishes salaries within the minimum and midpoint of the salary range based on qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.
