Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Coordinator, Development & Construction to support the execution of our Strategic Plan. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in financial accuracy, document control, and administrative excellence. You will be instrumental in supporting the Development Team from project conception to completion, helping to ensure the successful delivery of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Budget Coordination

  • Prepare, monitor, and update development and construction budgets, ensuring proper planning, approvals, and communication.
  • Issue formal notifications to consultants outlining approved scopes and budget limits.
  • Track and manage invoices, payments, and cash flow projections to support accurate financial forecasting.

Contract & Proposal Management

  • Manage all RFP processes to ensure scope alignment and cost effectiveness.
  • Maintain current and compliant contracts for consultants and service providers.

Internal & External Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal departments and external consultants to support project execution.
  • Coordinate internal systems related to project tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordination, budgeting, or administration within the real estate or construction industry (or a related field).
  • Strong understanding of development lifecycle including feasibility, proformas, contract negotiation, and consultant management is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Yardi software is a strong asset.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and a high level of personal accountability.
