The University of the Fraser Valley invites applications for the Coordinator, Alumni Engagement. The role focuses on developing strategic initiatives to deepen engagement with UFV's 57,000+ alumni, building a connected UFV Alumni community.
You will create marketing and communications materials for alumni events, programs and activities, and provide administrative support to the Director, Alumni Engagement and the Alumni Association Board as initiatives move from concept to completion.
The Coordinator, Alumni Engagement actively participates in developing strategic initiatives to encourage continued alumni engagement for more than 57,000 UFV alumni. This position plays a key role in supporting the development of a passionate, connected community of UFV Alumni. The Coordinator uses extensive knowledge of alumni within key alumni markets to implement the defined plan to increase alumni engagement. The Coordinator is responsible for producing marketing and communications materials related to alumni events, programs and activities. The Coordinator supports assigned Alumni related events and projects from the idea phase to implementation. The incumbent provides administrative support for the Director, Alumni Engagement as well as the Alumni Association Board of Directors.
