Summary of responsibilities
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily operations and maintenance of the Dobrin Campus in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, security, mail, and ensuring a functional work environment.
Key responsibilities include managing daily facilities operations, developing policies, managing access cards, responding to security incidents, providing excellent internal customer service, maintaining safety compliance, supporting safety training, managing inventory and orders, and other related tasks.
