Our fashion industry client is looking for an experienced Senior Import Coordinator to add to their growing team. They will work closely with the Design, Sales, and Fit teams to ensure that all customer orders are processed effectively and follow-ups are done in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

1. Communicate with vendors daily.
2. Act as a liaison between all parties involved in designing, selling, manufacturing, approving, and transporting for multiple fashion styles and clothing pieces.
3. Verify that all order information is accurate (materials, prints, fits, etc.).
4. Sort through, organize, and send out samples.
5. Monitor the status of all styles and follow up with the appropriate buyers, vendors, and internal departments.
6. Identify and resolve any problems that may occur.

Requirements

1. 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
2. Diploma in a fashion-related field (fashion design, production, etc.).
3. Advanced knowledge of garment styles, fabrics, and prints.
4. Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English).
6. Able to handle a fast-paced environment and a heavy workload.
