Job summary

The Mosaic Company is seeking a Maintenance Material Coordinator for Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada. You will manage ordering, sourcing, verification and expediting of maintenance materials to support planned work orders and kitting operations.

You will monitor procurement, communicate with area personnel, supervise the kitting team and collaborate with other departments to resolve material shortages or substitutions while ensuring EHSS commitments are met.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Associate degree preferred, major in Technology Education.
• 3+ years of Plant Maintenance experience required.
• Phosphates Industry knowledge valued.
• Maximo experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with area personnel who will prioritize and delegate work to the team.
• Monitor procurement reports to ensure timely deliveries and expedite as needed.
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop personnel managing kitting/staging activities and ensure EHSS compliance.
• Monitor work order feedback for opportunities to improve processes.
• Communicate daily with the Kitting Team to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Review planned work orders, verify material availability, determine sourcing and ordering materials.
• Work with other departments to resolve material substitutions or availability issues.
• Provide feedback to improve or correct records.
