Job summary

The Mosaic Company in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan seeks a Maintenance Material Coordinator to order, source, verify and expedite materials for planned work orders. You will manage kitting resources, monitor deliveries, and ensure work orders are scheduled with material readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Plant Maintenance experience, phosphate industry knowledge, Maximo and MS Office skills, and is authorized to work in Canada; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; Associate degree preferred (Technology Education).
• 3+ years of Plant Maintenance experience required.
• Phosphates industry knowledge.
• Maximo experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with area personnel who will prioritize and delegate work to the team.
• Monitor procurement reports to ensure anticipated deliveries and expedite as needed.
• Supervise, training, coach, and develop personnel assigned to manage kitting/staging activities and ensure EHSS policy compliance.
• Monitor work order feedback for opportunities to improve processes.
• Communicate daily with the Kitting Team to ensure high-level customer service.
• Review planned work orders, verify material availability, determine sourcing and ordering materials.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve substitutions or availability issues.
• Provide feedback to improve or correct records.
