The Mosaic Company in Belle Plaine, SK is seeking a Maintenance Technician Electrical-T5 to safely operate, troubleshoot, repair and install electrical equipment in an industrial setting. Applicants must hold an Interprovincial Journeyperson Certificate in Electrical and have 2–3 years of HV switching experience, with GAS insulated switchgear considered an asset.

The role requires independent work, strong safety focus, and the ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts.

The employee must be able to identify the steps, materials and hazards associated with the completion of their tasks and apply appropriate controls to best mitigate the hazards. They are also required to document and provide feedback to the planning group around job steps, materials and follow up work. They will be working closely with the refinery operations and production crews, refinery maintenance crews, and planning group to ensure that there is effective communication and coordination. Interprovincial Journeyperson Certificate in Electrical is required. Incumbents must have a good understanding of all aspects of the electrical trade and have experience working safely within an industrial setting. They also must have the ability to work independently, be self-motivated and enthusiastic **What you’ll do:** * Safely operate, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical equipment.
