Job summary

Lein Kham Thai Restaurant recherche un(e) aide en cuisine/vaisselle temporaire pour assurer le nettoyage, l’entretien et la préparation de plats simples dans un cadre de restauration rapide et dynamique.

Le poste est temporaire avec 35 heures par semaine, le travail peut être en anglais ou en français, et les tâches incluent le nettoyage, le rangement et la préparation de plats simples en environnement de restaurant.

Qualifications

• Aucun diplôme requis.
• Expérience: 7 mois à moins d’un an dans un poste similaire.

Responsibilities

• Nettoyer et désinfecter les articles tels que tapis de lave-vaisselle, chariots et unités de disposition des déchets.
• Nettoyer et essuyer les tables, plateaux et chaises.
• Charge et décharge les plats.
• Utiliser les lave-vaisselle pour laver vaisselle, verrerie et couverts.
• Préparer et stocker les aliments simples.
• Stocker les réfrigérateurs et les saladettes.
• Préparer, chauffer et finir des plats simples.

TASKS

• Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
• Load buspans and trays
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
• Place dishes in storage area
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
• Scour pots and pans
• Keep records of the quantities of food used
• Package take-out food
• Portion and wrap foods
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
• Handle and store cleaning products
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
