Job summary

Restaurant La Selva est à la recherche d’un/e cuisinier/ière pour un poste permanent dans un cadre de restauration. Vous travaillerez dans une cuisine où la précision et la rapidité sont essentielles.

Qualifications

• Certificat de fin d’études secondaires.
• Expérience de 1 à moins de 2 ans.

• Expérience en restauration recommandée.

Responsibilities

• Planifier les menus et estimer les besoins en denrées pour leur réalisation.
• Réquisitionner les aliments et les fournitures de cuisine.
• Préparer et cuisiner des repas complets ou des plats individuels.
• Préparer des plats pour les clients souffrant d’allergies ou d’intolérances alimentaires.
• Préparer et cuisiner des repas spéciaux selon les instructions du diététiste ou du chef.
• Inspecter les cuisines et les zones de service alimentaire.
• Former le personnel à la préparation, à la cuisson et à la manipulation des aliments.
• Maintenir l’inventaire et les registres des aliments, fournitures et équipements.
• Nettoyer les cuisines et les zones de travail.
• Gérer les opérations de la cuisine.
