Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking Cook 3s for fly-in/fly-out camp positions based in Amos, Quebec. You will support kitchen operations in a remote camp environment under the Head Chef and with a multicultural team.

The role requires a hospitality or food service diploma and at least 1 year in a kitchen, with flexibility to travel and work in remote settings on regular rotations. Bilingualism and safety focus are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in hospitality, food service, or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a kitchen.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work in remote settings on regular rotations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Respect for health and safety rules.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to work in hot/cold, humid/arid conditions and use PPE as required.
