These cooks will prepare meals for camp workers, supervise a team, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate is experienced in team management, adaptable to remote environments, and comfortable with a 14/14 rotation schedule.

What You’ll Need

• Diploma in hotel management, catering, or equivalent technical training/experience
• Experience preparing vegetarian cuisine
• MAPAQ Hygiene and Sanitation Manager training strongly recommended
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in team management
• Ability and willingness to travel and work in remote settings on regular rotations
• Compliance with health and hygiene regulations
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Use of personal protective equipment as required
