Aramark is recruiting a Cook for the National Bank food service operation in Montreal. The successful candidate will assist the Chef, prepare daily menus, and ensure high standards of food quality and service.

The position offers $20.00/hour with a schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., immediate start, and benefits including medical, life, and dental insurance, training opportunities, and uniforms/meals provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in food service, catering, or restaurant industry.
• Experience in high-end catering is a strong asset.
• MAPAQ Food Hygiene and Sanitation Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.

Aramark is currently seeking a Cook for the National Bank food service operation in Montreal.

Location: National Bank (800 St-Jacques Street, Montreal, QC H3C 1A3)

Salary: $20.00/hour

Schedule: 6:30 a.m. to 3:0 p.m.

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in preparing the daily menu.
• Cook and prepare a variety of food items according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Support the Chef in preparing catering menus as needed.
• Set up workstations with all required ingredients and equipment.

• Monitor and maintain service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
• Comply with all health, safety, and workplace hygiene regulations, in accordance with applicable legislation, company policies and procedures, and MAPAQ requirements.
• Be flexible and able to support operational needs.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in food service, catering, or the restaurant industry.
• Experience in high-end catering is a strong asset.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• MAPAQ Food Hygiene and Sanitation Certification (asset).
