Role Description

This is a temporary, on-site Cook role located in Lethbridge, AB. The Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting meals according to established recipes and standards. Daily tasks include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations. The Cook is also expected to assist in menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent culinary services.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Cooking and Food Preparation
  • Understanding of Food Safety and Sanitation Protocols
