Job summary

Granby Zoo is seeking an experienced kitchen professional to lead menu planning and daily cooking operations on-site. You will oversee food preparation, ensure allergy-aware dishes, and maintain sanitary kitchen standards while training staff and managing inventory.

The role requires 3–5 years of kitchen experience, COLLEGE/CEGEP education, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site restaurant setting with a focus on Cantonese, Szechuan, Thai, and vegetarian dishes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or College/CEGEP program.
