Job summary

Bank of Montreal is seeking a COO Business Manager and Transformation Projects professional to partner with the CM COO and senior leadership. You will drive strategic priorities, coordinate enterprise initiatives, and ensure execution across Capital Markets and allied functions.

The role emphasizes governance, executive communications, change management, and cross‑functional leadership to advance transformation programs and organizational effectiveness in a fast‑paced financial services

Qualifications

10+ years in Capital Markets, Financial Services, or related field.
Deep understanding of Capital Markets products and operating environment.
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CM COO and leadership to develop strategic priorities and drive execution.
Coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives from concept through execution.
Monitor progress, identify risks and opportunities, and provide executive recommendations.
Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and leadership communications.
Lead governance forums and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
