Responsibilities:- Design conversation scripts, bot responses, and user journeys to create consumer-facing chatbots with personality, character, and human-like interactions.
- Design and test chat conversations, flows, and user journeys based on different bot personas.
- Think creatively about the user's conversational journey with a bot.
- Explore different ways users can communicate with human or bot agents.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure the creation of intelligent and intuitive conversations for easy customer understanding.
- Create mockups, flows, redlining, and other creative prototypes.
- Operate with a 'customer first' mindset, designing client-centric experiences end-to-end across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in building user personas and user journeys; strong creative thinking and writing skills.
- 2+ years of experience in linguistic analysis, conversation design, copy editing, or related content development roles preferred.
- Familiarity with chatbots, voice-enabled devices, or other conversational channels.
- Storytelling and editorial mindset with the ability to predict audience preferences.
