Job summary

Saskatoon Motor Products is seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient with Microsoft Office, and capable of coordinating a busy front office and facilities.

You will handle reception, shipping, contracts, supplies, health compliance, and monthly/quarterly reporting while supporting events and the AutoCanada brand. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Manage inventory of kitchen supplies, including snacks, beverages, and utensils.
• Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Coordinate vending, and beverage machines.
• Enforce kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure boardrooms are reset after each meeting, chairs are pushed in, dishes removed, and spills cleaned.
• Liaise with building management for facilities-related issues.
• Coordinate office closures and communication for facility related issues.
• Assist with office layout and workspace arrangements.
• Provide office access for new hires and visitors as determined by business needs.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
• Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.
• Order business cards and name plaques as required for home office employees.
• Monthly and quarterly reporting
• Distribute Fax line messages.
• Distribute emails from info @autcocan.ca as appropriate.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events and celebrations through active leadership on the AutoCanada Social Committee.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and presentations

Saskatoon Motor Products is looking for an Office Manager! The right candidate for this role will be extremely well organized, computer literate with Microsoft Office and other internet-based software solutions, and will accompany the above-mentioned skills with a welcoming, professional demeanor. Fantastic at communicating with executives and entry-level associates alike, you will be the friendly face of the People & Culture Team acting as an AutoCanada brand champion while tending to the requests of our internal business partners and newly hired associates.

Your area of focus:

The Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is responsible for managing the office including various administrative tasks, managing the office environment, partnerships with internal and external clients. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, reception duties, shipping and receiving, contract management, supplies and stationery, health regulations, and general troubleshooting. The Office Manager will also be responsible for the safety requirements of the home office facilities and assets.

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $90,000 – $120,000 Salary. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company's bonus program for this role, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
